Anthanette ("Toni") Fields established AMF Management with the philosophy that artists can turn their creativity into multiple streams of income, all while becoming savvy entrepreneurs along the way.

Toni is a licensed attorney with a Masters in Business Administration. She attended Fordham University in New York City, University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.

Before starting AMF Management Toni worked as the Director of Corporate Development and as a Talent Manager for Laugh Factory Management in Hollywood, California. She has practiced as an intellectual property lawyer for Dorsey & Whitney, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, one of the country's top international law firms and has practiced as in-house securities arbitration lawyer with the National Association of Securities Dealers (now the New York Stock Exchange). Prior to that Toni worked for the Vice President of Legal Affairs at FOX Television Stations in Atlanta, Georgia and with Comedy Novas, Inc., an Atlanta based comedy promotions company. Toni helped produce and was featured in the award winning PBS documentary "A Summer at Comedy Camp" featuring celebrity comedians Jamie Foxx, Chris Tucker, and the Wayans Brothers.

Toni is an avid runner and snowboarder, as well as a triathlon and marathon enthusiast. She dedicates her free time to mentoring at-risk youth and co-hosting a Christian radio show.
